We are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience, from order to delivery.

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow extra time during busy periods like holidays.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value except for Batanes. Palawan and Bohol (based on weight). You may view our shipping rates here.
  • Estimated delivery times for local orders are typically 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 7-10 days for Provincial.

3. Pick-Up Option:

  • We also offer a pick-up option for customers within Metro Manila or nearby serviceable areas. If you prefer to pick up your order, please arrange for pick-up through GrabExpress or Lalamove (Monday to Friday only).
  • Once your order is ready, you will be notified, and you can coordinate the pick-up with your chosen courier.

4. Rush Orders / Same-Day Pick-Up:

  • For rush orders or same-day pick-up, please contact us directly to confirm availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Order Tracking:

  • For deliveries, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

6. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect information.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.

7. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship locally within the Philippines. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

8. Shipping Issues:

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame or if there are issues with your shipment (e.g., damaged or lost items), please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.

9. Delays and Liability:

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
