Q: How long is shipping?

A: Standard shipping is 2-7 days depending on your location. If it is priority mail it’ll take 1-3 days. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED OUT ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS! It also depends on the post office. 

 

Q: Do you sell solid gold?

A: Yes, you can purchase solid 10k gold necklaces in a variety of chain types and sizes. Contact if interested in something not available on the website. 

 

Q: Do you ship out of the US?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: Los Angeles, California.

 

Q: Do you do meet ups/pickups?

A: No, pickups or meetups are not an option due to privacy reasons. 

 

Q: What days do you ship out orders.

A: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday’s, depending on the amount of orders. Sometimes the day's may vary depending on order processing time.

  

Q: Who do you ship with?

A: The Post Office, USPS, your package will be delivered with the rest of your mail.

 

Q: My order says it’s being returned back to you...what does that mean/what do i do?

A: If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will contact you about attempting to resend it! If you need to change the address, you will have to repay the shipping label fee for a new label. This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address. Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label. 

 

Q: When do you restock items?

A: Restocks will occur at random times but we will usually notify customers by email or on our Instagram. @shoptranquil 

Q: Do you have a size chart ?

A: Yes, the size chart for bracelets and anklets will appear above the “Add to Cart” tab on the product’s page.

Q: What if I never received my order?

A: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave Tranquil facilities. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.). We will provide you with the address, shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package though the shipping carrier.

 

Q: Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.

  

Q: What kind of gold are you chains and charms?

A: All of our gold jewelry is god filled, gold bonded, or 10k solid gold. Our silver is 925 sterling silver. View our jewelry care blogs on the main menu for more information. 

 

    

 Q: My bracelet/anklet broke, can you fix it?

A: We can repair only bracelets or anklets if you have all the beads and charm pieces for a $5.00 fee. Shipping is not included. No exception's will be made. Contact for repair.
